System Monitoring
The purpose of the service is to monitor the Customer's IT infrastructures in order to:
- Determine and report pro actively operating anomalies so that it is possible to address system recovery interventions as quickly as possible;
- Evaluate the degree of availability and the level of service provided by the Customer's IT infrastructures.
Consider IT infrastructures:
- Network devices (routers, firewalls, switches, etc.);
- Network connections;
- The servers; Specific network applications and services;
- External services used by the customer.
