System Monitoring

The purpose of the service is to monitor the Customer's IT infrastructures in order to:

• Determine and report pro actively operating anomalies so that it is possible to address system recovery interventions as quickly as possible;
• Evaluate the degree of availability and the level of service provided by the Customer's IT infrastructures.

Consider IT infrastructures:

• Network devices (routers, firewalls, switches, etc.);
• Network connections;
• The servers; Specific network applications and services;
• External services used by the customer.
